Looking for clarity and a bright finish in your coffee? Pour Over methods like V60 or Chemex bring out delicate notes — especially in light and medium roasts like Cjon
🧰 What You'll Need:
- Medium-fine ground Valais Royale coffee (we suggest **[Valais Bloom]**)
- Pour Over device (V60/Chemex)
- Paper filter
- Gooseneck kettle
- Timer & scale
📋 Step-by-Step:
1. Rinse your filter
Removes paper flavor and preheats the brewer.
2. Bloom
15g of coffee. Pour 30g of water and let sit 30 seconds.
3. Pulse pour
Pour water in 2–3 stages to reach 250g total. Circular motion helps with even extraction.
4. Total brew time
Aim for 2:30 to 3:00 minutes.
🔍 Valais Tip:
Freshly ground beans make a big difference in clarity and aroma.
🌸 Our Recommendation:
Cjon – has a high percentage of Arabica beans with a reasonable touch of Robusta to provide an exotic and fruity flavour.
Roasted at temperatures above 190°, this dark-roasted coffee offers the consumer a good taste of chocolate and almond.
