1. Measure your coffee
Use a 1:15 ratio — 30g coffee for every 450ml of water.
2. Bloom the grounds
Pour a small amount of hot water to saturate and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
3. Fill & stir
Add remaining water, stir gently, then place the lid on top.
4. Steep
Let it sit for 4 minutes.
5. Plunge & pour
Slowly press down the plunger and serve right away.
